Smacked bang in the middle of Darwin, so easy to go anywhere! 10-15 mins to everything that Darwin has to offer: beach, uni, city, hospital, airport, Casuarina mall or even the Palmerston city at the other end!

Wulagi has to be one of the most popular Northern Suburbs, it offers the very best of Suburban living, currently 3 bedroom homes are achieving fantastic prices and for investors there is no problem renting for a yield in mid 5 - 6%. I like the neighbourly spirit and often you will see neighbours congregating on one porch for a beer on a Saturday arvo. Great spot. Fantastic real estate. My fondest experience was selling a family home of some 30 years to a young family.

We have lived in Wulagi for three years now and love it!! Very peaceful with beautiful parks and gardens and plenty of paths to walk and explore. It's a Northern suburb close to everything you need and surrounded by all the major feeder roads if you want to explore further abroad. 15 minutes from the City and 5 minutes to pick up family and friends from the airport. Fantastic... Go for it.

Great neighbours, beautiful parks, close to absolutely everything - Casuarina, Marrara Sporting Complex, Hibiscus Shopping Town, cinemas, health & fitness centre, Leanyer Waterpark, the airport, Charles Darwin University, several schools, public transport ...
The vast majority of houses in the area are built to last Darwin's cyclonic conditions with solid pre-cast concrete (including the ceilings) - they sure don't make them like this anymore.
It's leafy and green, well established, peaceful and quiet. We love it here!
