"Yarrawonga is great for a visit"
Great fun to visit for a few days: buying and living is not the same tho. Service lacks as there is no competition. House prices are very high, and if your not local, you risk being ripped off.
It’s not all friendly... especially if you question service or charges or food quality as an example.
It can reach 45 and higher in summer for weeks, and freezing in winter for months.,
Watch out for the Owners Corp fees in Silverwoods estate and streets that flood in central Yarrawonga if buying.
Good for holidays only.
