Looking for a home in Sugar Gum Court?
"This place is superb."
We used to live in the Willows Estate (near Sugar Gum Court) before moving "up the hill". We are now trying to buy back into the area.
The neighbours (who we are still friends with) were superb, shops and train station close. Just down the road from Knox and right at the foot of the Dandenongs. This area is what melbourne suburbs should all be like.
Great for
- Great people in the neighbourhood
- Close to shops and train station
- Parks behind the estate + foothills of Dandenong Ranges
Not great for
- Some houses back onto Burwood highway
- You need to put up christmas lights (or is that a pro?)
- Can't think of any more!
