Clearly close yet strategically away from the train station
is without a doubt tightly-held
"Waters Avenue" looking out to
those mountains and amidst faunas with creek nearby.

There is different areas in Upper Ferntree Gully that have great views. If you are looking for city/bay views you can not beat Irene Avenue and Olivette Avenue. If you are looking in some other areas parts of the following streets have good views; Jones Avenue, Grandview Crescent, Ferndale Road, Finmere Crescent (up the top) and Victoria Ridge.
