"Great mix of people & residential areas"

Summerland Point is located on the northern end of the Central Coast. There is a great mix of residents. Owners, renters, holiday homes, retirees. It's a great family area with lots to do, especially if you are into water sports & recreation. Fishing, boating people will love it. Close to schools, surrounded by water. Has a shopping strip with restaurants, take aways, bakery, post office & grocers for essentials. There is also the popular Sporties Club with a bistro.

In terms of housing - take your pick. Homes in the more established streets, new estates and remodelled homes. Some over 55's accommodation, acreage, holiday homes on acres and waterfront - even holiday retreats on waterfront acres! Summerland Point won't disappoint for a visit or move.

At the town called Summerland Point around the park and at the shops the teenagers hang around and make noise till 3 in the morning. But over all it is a quiet little town with a school nearby. The locals are friendly and the restaurants are cool!

"Very Relaxing and friendly for everyone"

I love Summerland Point, it is quiet and tucked away, with friendly helpful people who live here. It is on the lake, has a boat ramp which is easy to access in a very safe area. If you have small kids it has a great place for swimming and BBQ's at Sandy Beach. The birdlife is great and everyone who lives here keeps an eye out for each other. It is also close to Snapper Rocks (National Park) and Cathryn Hill Bay, so you can fish in deep water, or surf, all within a few minutes of Summerland Point. If you want a big shopping centre then Tuggerah is not far away, with the Entrance, Budgewoi and Swansea all close by!!

"Slow down in Summerland Point"

I just love Summerland Pt . The birds are always chirping, the fishing is great ( monster flatties in summer ), the local shop owners are always friendly and Conrads pizzas are the best.
I reccomend going down to sandy beach on sunset with a beer and a rod and all the cares in the world just dissapear.
The worst thing about Summerland pt is the amount of teenagers that make alot of noise after they drink in the park, and alot of burnouts by the silly P platers ( just look at the marks on the roads around the area), and if i had my way, id be putting speed humps on the roads because they drive so fast for a 50kph area, and there are so many kids that play on the roads around here that its only a matter of time before we see a tragedy, and you can bet your life that a P plater will be the cause.
Apart from that, Summo is the nicest place ive ever lived.
