"Very private road five minutes from main Bowral town!"
Sunninghill Ave is a beautiful tree-lined road with gum and pine trees.95% of homes are on one acre lots.
It is a fairly flat road which is perfect for walkers and their pets.It is very safe and quiet.
You can walk around the corner to Bowral Golf Club and Links House.
It is a five minute drive to the main steet in Bowral to shop or have lunch and dinner in a great variety of cafe's,pubs,
Indian,Chinese,Thai and Italian restaurants.
There is also a public bus.Bins are left out on a Wednesday night.
People in Sunninghill are very friendly and work together to keep the street mowed and clean.
There are some gorgeous private gardens as you walk past and look in.
