Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane Suburbs for Families

Sunshine Coast Region is located in the state of Queensland.

My husband and I are looking to move south towards Sunshine Coast and Brisbane to start a family as the inlaws live there and we'd like to be closer. We are looking to buy and live in a suburb either North of Brisbane or in/around Sunshine Coast. Our budget is $350 - $500k and we want an area where it's good for kids and families. Any suggestions based on our budget?
