"Great Location"
Due for major revamp on Great Eastern Highway, (Shorter commuting times to city) and will have great apartments along the rivers edge all the way to Graham Farmer Freeway

"Party Central"
Good location, lovely apartments, however the parking is atrocious and the City of Belmont loves to get infringement happy and issue out fines.
As with most apartments, neighbours blast music at all hours and party all night (on any given weeknight or weekend).
Also the internet reception isn't very good here, may be due to it being a "high density" area?
