The whole Tecoma shopping strip there always seems to have a neglected rundown feel to it.
Not a huge fan of McDonalds being there, but seems to be the only place with a bit of life in it when I've driven by.
Without much to draw people there it will continue to be bypassed by tourists.

Unfortunately it has been built.... However, it's never going to sit well with me. The smell is not nice, nor is the rubbish.
I do feel the space could have been used for something a little bit more suited to the area. The cars driving out of the driveway have become a huge concern for anybody with children. I cannot count the number of times I gave witnessed cars fly out on to the road without looking to see if people are walking (Sandells Rd exit). No give way signs. It's an accident waiting to happen.
Does not create a nice ambiance.
It has certainly been a negative for me. I live close by to it and regularly pick up rubbish left behind. I boycott it. I always wil.
I enjoy good food, great coffee & giving my business to the amazing small local hubs. There are plenty of great places to go.
