How long is the commute from The Gap to the West End during peak hours?

I catch a bus from the Gap at 7.10am and get to the CBD at 7.40am, if I leave later than this then you would need to add 10-15 mins to the travel time.

I know this isn't West End, but it would give you an idea of timeframes.
