We went to Hound Habits, which operates out of Kenmore's Petbarn. It's not far from the end of Gap Creek Road. Our puppy seemed to enjoy it and learnt a bit.

I know that there used to be a dog training place that worked out of the Vet at Ashgrove on Waterworks rd which is about 5 mins drive from the Gap. http://waterworksrdvet.com/
