"Over Rated"
Gets dark early in the afternoon due to the ridge. Homes on the western side are possibly overcapitalised.
Eastern side is good. Still the early settlers built on the plateau not in gully for a reason.

Not great for
- Dark early in the afternoon
- Nice looking homes but I'm not sure they held value
- Big hill to walk/ride up-kids will need lifts in the car

"The Gully"
The Gully is a beautifull Street very quite and private it can be hard to walk up the hill to the train station but its good exercise.

The gully is a newer area but yes a bit painful being down so low. Many blocks in Berowra are bush blocks though.
