"Good street, near some great parks, easy access to the city and local restaurants !!!"
The Parade is in a great location with many child friendly parks and the forshore of Five Dock Bay on your door step. Easy access to the city via bus from Lyons Road. Bus trip takes about 20 minutes. On the weekend you can drive to the city in about 10 minutes but during peak times allow 30 minutes. Many restaurants a short walk away on Lyons Road.
