I only know of one (but there may be more). It's at Thornton Trail Winds Park & Open Space which is located at 13385 Holly Street. It's an off leash park, maybe about 2-3 acres (I'm guessing). It's got water, shade trees, and even a separate place for little dogs and big dogs, which is nice if you've got little guys like I do!
