The inventory on rentals.com is very low right now for rentals in Thornton, there may be others available from real estate agents and rental management companies. Summer is typically the time of year with the most leases ending, so there may be more selection at that time. Maybe this is a stupid question but why would a realtor handle rentals? Is that normal? I've never heard of that (but I don't know anything about being a realtor!). And how would a person go about finding a rental through a realtor?
