"Friendly, Neighborly, Larger Rural Residential Blocks"
A subdivision on the Western side of Dalby with Residential dwellings on larger blocks. Distance to town of Dalby is approximately 3.7km so you are car dependent for groceries, restaurants, bars, parks, and schools. There is a school bus, bin service and taxi service available. House blocks are larger in size with a mix of newly built and renovated removal homes.

"Bigger blocks and a more rural lifestyle"
A street with a mix of old and new houses, it negative is that it is about 5-10mins out of town but if that is not a problem then you will enjoy bigger blocks and a more rural lifestyle and peace and quiet.
