Hi Carolyn, being a coastal town we do have all of the above, although toads arnt a huge problem, I personally have not run into many snakes and I have lived here for over 16 years. If you do run into a snake there are local snake catchers who are happy to help. Yes we do have midges and mosquitoes, but nothing some bug spray and coils cant handle.
