Toowoomba, QLD 4350

I have been working in Toowoomba for over a year and always look forward to making the drive out from the Sunny Coast! Toowoomba, or the "Garden City" of Oz, is a cool mix of city vibes and nature's beauty. You've got awesome parks like Queens Park and Laurel Bank Park (which are great to run around), plus loads of events and old-school architecture. My favourite thing is the big beautiful tree lined streets that change the colour between seasons. There are lots of chic cocktail bars and great steak restaurants, often with locally sourced produce. Highly recommend heading out to Toowoomba for their food and wine festival - its a hoot!

Toowoomba is a great place to live. Away from the big city hustle & bustle but surrounded by everything you need - great parks, great shops, great schools & great services & still within close proximity of Brisbane & the Gold Coast

Parts of Toowoomba have a reputation they don't deserve. Our suburb Rockville is a great place to live as we are within walking distance to St Andrews Hospital and a long walk or short drive to Wilsonton Shopping Centre. The centre of town is 5 minutes away. It is a beautiful looking city which is progressing nicely with new eateries. We are in a cul-de-sac with fantastic views and our neighbours are quiet. This place is the best kept secret. Best of all is the lack of traffic and the easiness of getting around.
