"Fantastic Location"
I lived on Transfield Ave a few years ago, was a great area and could not hear the traffic at all.
Biggest issue was getting out onto Minmi Rd in peak hour traffic, but always achievable!
Hopefully with the new estate going in on Transfield Rd the council will update the corner there and make it easier to turn in and out.
Close to public transport and schools!
