"Busy Little School"
Running from Cox’s Road to Morshead Street, Truscott Street is mainly residential. Its homes are gradually being transformed from the War Service issue post WW2, and larger homes with smaller yards are being built in their place. Truscott Street Public School, built in the 1950s is a feature of the street, and the street can be very busy both before and after school. Drivers should be alert for children as this school has a special needs unit as well as mainstream classes.
