"Quiet family court"
Court is nearly all owned privately, Houses well presented (excluding corner houses), no thorough-fare - so no trouble with itinerants or others walking thru. No break-ins or other trouble in 5 years I've lived there. Neighbours look out for eachother, very friendly and happy to help out wherever needed, can have a good chat or keep to themselves depending on what you want. Close to Bus stop, corner shop, schools, public pool, parks.
