"Perfect between the city and the beach"
I am an Underdale High old scholar so spent 5 years in the area and live in the ajoining suburb. Underdale is a great spot 10 minutes to the city and 10 minutes to the beach. Having a new promenade estate where homes are worth over a million and then having charcter homes there its just great. With the river and parks so close by its a great little suburb

"close to city, parks, entertainment, great restaurants close by"
very pleasant, quiet, well kept suburb. Local council is proactive. Less than 10 mins by bus to the city. Close to theatres, entertainment centre, sports fields, major and minor shopping centres and beach. Walking distance to linear park, local multicultural restaurants, shopping centres. I wouldnt live anywhere else now. Its close to perfect.
