"Convenient Life in a gorgeous suburb."
Unley Park is a fabulous spot of Adelaide, most popular with young families and older couples.
With convenience a key word, you're within easy distance of major supermarkets and smaller groceries, gyms (including women's gyms, circuit based gyms and the new Goodlife on Cross Roads), pools such as Unley Pool and Unley State Swim, and within a short drive or bus ride to the city- I often walk home.
More metropolitan than Burnside, but still with great parks, trees and walking paths, Unley Park has a number of older houses which are often being rebuilt or undergoing renovation. A consequence of this is the streetscape is always changing!
Proximity to both King William and Unley Roads means great shopping is at your fingertips, regardless of if you're looking for high end fashion, a wedding dress, some gourmet chocolate, a bicycle or some furniture. Great restaurants pepper the area, and at the start of every year there's the fantastic and safe street party to enjoy.

"Lovely leafy suburb"
Great suburb with giant street trees and nice parks. Beautiful houses on large blocks.
The question.... can you afford it?

"An expensive and exclusive spot"
Grand Unley Park is home to many of Adelaide’s establishment. Just a stone’s throw from the exclusive café and shopping strip of Hyde Park, Unley Park is one of THE addresses to have in Adelaide.
The drive to the CBD only takes 10 minutes, or you can be at the beach in 15.
It is a lovely for spot for raising a family, as every home has a large garden and safe wide leafy streets. Schools nearby include Walford (a private school for girls) and Scotch College (a private co-educational school).
Victoria Avenue contains lavish mansion after lavish mansion, and real estate prices in this suburb are out of this world (in Adelaide terms!).
