"Beautiful Country"

We have been here 7 years. Green, peaceful and relaxing. 5/10 minutes drive from shops and amenities. Although, go to Northlakes for your major shopping. Morayfield/Caboolture - loaded with local bongos who are unable to control themselves and play out their traumatic lives in front of all. They have no concern for others and how their fowl mouthed, dysfunctional actions impact their community. UC is an absolute sanctuary away from the local bongo community.

"Great Lifestyle Suburb"

Have lived in Caboolture most of my life and Upper Caboolture is a fantastic suburb.
Its close enough to amenities to be convenient but far enough out for peace and quite and the country lifestyle. Great size blocks for families.

"Rural tranquility"

Upper Caboolture is a breeze of fresh air, we came from North Lakes and here you can find small land (2-10acres) for the price of a 400m2 land in North Lakes only 12 minutes away.
Go shopping back to the North Lakes Westfield if you want to have a better experience that Morayfield/Caboolture shopping centres.

"Great place to live"

Moving from Bray Park to upper Caboolture has been a breath of fresh air literally! My wife and I have found it to be quiet relaxed lifestyle thus far( 8months ). Love how close to major shopping and all other needs is quite overwhelming and easy , at the same time far enough away from major traffic to give us the country feel ,.... Highly recommend this area !! Loving life and seeing good days

"Nice place not too far out of town."

We have lived here for about 5 months and I have lived around Caboolture for the past 26 years. We are renting on Pauls Rd which is about 6 minutes down Caboolture River Rd. I think it is a nicer area than the parts of Caboolture, Morayfield, and Caboolture South that are close to the main roads and shops. It feels a lot safer (especially since we got broken into when living in Caboolture South) although we have had a drunk person in our front yard who knocked over our letterbox so I guess it's just as capable of problems as other areas. People seem fairly friendly and we have met both our nextdoor neighbours although we only really talk to one of them regularly. Most people seem to take pride in their homes and keep the area looking pretty nice.

The majority of houses here seem to be rentals but there are a number of owner-occupied homes and larger properties which give the place a nicer, country feel without being way out of town. There seems to be plenty of wildlife and birds with lots of parks and bushland around. I do wonder how long this will last though as development makes it way down Caboolture River Rd. It is a quick walk to the closest bus stop which takes you to Morayfield Station and I have noticed kids are able to walk to school busses so they must stop nearby too. There is also a Foodworks a couple of minutes around the corner which has basic groceries and also does fish and chips which we really like.

One down side to living around people who own big properties is that trucks and large, noisy vehicles regularly go down the street so while it seems like it would be quiet, it can sometimes be quite noisy.

Overall I would recommend Upper Caboolture as a great place to live but you still need to think carefully about which area. Like all areas, it has places that are nicer and safer than others so look around and consider the location of your house if you are looking to buy or rent.

"Lovely place to live"

Upper Caboolture is peaceful yet you are so close to the main shopping centre, supermarkets, takeaways, sports and recreational parks, transport and schools. It is like being out in the country yet you are so close to everything. I have lived here for 3 years and wouldn't move from the area. Great community involvement.

"Best place I have ever lived in!"

Ever since I discovered Upper Caboolture I'm not moving anywhere else. Love the place. Semi rural with 5 min drive to anything you can possibly imagine. Big acreage blocks, awesome neighbours & nothing but the sound of the birds. If you like resort living close to the city, then this is the place for you. I compare it to living in a postcard dream. Beautiful scenary where ever you look. And I just love the privacy! Love it here!

"Best kept Secret in Moreton Shire"

Moorina is tucked away just west of Morayfield ,its predominately made up of generous sized Acreage properties and large upmarket homes. The area boasts plenty of history and has a charm all of its own. There is beautiful mountain scenery and fabulous green valleys. Many people come out and enjoy the picnic areas along the river and on hot days there are always plenty of people enjoying the cool water running of the mountains. If you are buying real estate in the area you cant go wrong, where else can you buy large acreage blocks and be minutes away from all the amenities provided by a large regional hub. Picnic in a rain forest setting and then be in a major shopping centre 15 mins later,it doesn't get any better.
If your looking for a beautiful place to escape the rat race but not to far away to pick a few of life's necessities Moorina or Rocksberg is the place for you.
This is definitely gods country.
