"Upper Clifford is a quiet, secluded street that only local residents know about. A 'hidden treasure' if you like. Definitely off the beaten path but still within walking distance of the harbour foreshores and parks."
Upper Clifford Avenue is situated atop an escarpment overlooking Sydney Harbour and all its environs. The views from Upper Clifford are some of the very BEST in all of Sydney. It's just 3 minutes from Fairlight Beach which is an easy level stroll to Manly's CBD and Ferry Terminal.
Neighbours are great and there are some very upmarket homes enjoying views through The Heads and all the way to Sydney Tower in the City.
Sailors moor their boats in tranquil 'North Harbour' which is located directly beneath Upper Clifford Avenue.
Most residents have been living in the street all their lives. With such breathtaking views, why would anybody want to leave.
Secret tip: This street enjoys the most magnificent views of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race on Boxing Day every year..... shhhhh!
