Which provider has reliable mobile phone signal in Upwey? Are there areas of Upwey which are notoriously poor for signal?

You can't go wrong with Telstra although Vodafone has recently invested a lot of money in network upgrades. Optus is generally fine also. Irrespective of the provider the hills around Upwey and surrounds make for quite a few black spots.
