"Best Street"
Quite simply the best street on the best subdivision in Beerwah (Beerwah Heights). Quiet, friendly, high home ownership and neighbourly. Simple 5 minute walk to shops, parks etc. Cannot go wrong here!

"Over rated"
Everyone wants to live in Buderim! I don't know why. Yes, it's a nice place with a good main street with cafe's and shops but HIGHLY over priced as far as housing goes. To buy a 4 bedroomed home that doesn't need masses of work updating it and a fair few dollars in renovation, kiss goodbye to well over $600K. This is ridiculous snob value and there are many towns that offer much better value housing; take the Hinterland for example. People pay Buderim prices because; "it's a Buderim address", the reality is that is ALL what you are paying for with no better location or facilities than any other place on the Sunshine Coast (most of these 'Buderim addresses are actually in Kuluin, Sippy Downs or Mountain Creek anyway truth be told!). My tip? Look elsewhere.

Think we can still get you into Nambour for about 450K ...
Try Gympie it might be more you !!
Avoid both Nambour and Gympie. Dull wit towns.
I'd be interested in your opinion on similar area family friendly towns that aren't overpriced? Buderim would be stretching our budget but it does tick all the other boxes from what I can gather. We are moving from Victoria so do not know the areas at all unfortunately
""Beerwah - The next Buderim""
We moved here about 4 months ago and what a place! Fantastic location; 15 minutes to the beach, 25 minutes to the Plaza and 45 minutes to Bris Vegas! Couldn't ask for more. Still VERY affordable at present (4 bedroom house with pool at $450) but this won't last long. Great facilities including transport and all the services you could need including a number of restaurants and a great tavern (Woolworths, SupaIGA and an Aldi for groceries!). Very friendly place too. Get in now as people will no longer want to pay Buderim prices when they could have all this Hinterland tranquility so close to everything!
