Preston has great size blocks 1ha+ and hard to come by a property as they are held on pretty tight. Only 10min drive to main shopping centre and only 1.50 to Brisbane CBD & good schools 15min. Been living here in Upper Coomera for 1.5 years now, we bought a house; lovely area, quiet and lots of open spaces. 5 minutes to Coomera train station, 40 minutes to Brisbane and 20 minutes to the coast, new developments popping up everywhere. New Servo (BP) and KFC planned for next year next to the newly opened Mcdonalds right next the the woolworths. Coomera town centre will also be great addition to the area once its completed.
