Mirrabooka

"Not what people think changed a lot"

I have recently brought in Mirrabooka and find it a very quite area, after living out in Scarborough with all the young idiots noise and stabbing's , punch ups on the water front regulary , Mirrabooka seems a sleepy hollow, also were else can you by a nice house on a good 5-700 m block , so close to city, beach and transport for around $400k, Tops for me, as well as for all the homeswest thing there not many left most houses brought up and getting Reno done by young families like us, Clarkson the new Mirrabooka of old, (Balga by the sea) i am told by agents... Mirrabooka the place to be if you want to invest for growth thats why its in the top 10 hotspots to watch... get in now..

I agree with you, I have a beautiful bush block in Mirrabooka, and love the ambiance of the laugh of kookaburras early in the morning. People may knock it, but theres not many cities that have this so close to the centre. Anyone with a bit of "know" would understand this.

Of course anyone would be an idiot not to invest in good security in any suburb of Perth. Crimes happen everywhere and it is up to the homeowner to deter this. If people put security as their highest priority in Mirrabooka, there wouldn't be any break ins. It's got nothing to do with the quality of the people who live there.
