Darra

"More than meets the eye!"

I have family and friends who live in Darra, and have worked and lived there myself, so was confused about why Darra receives such harsh reviews. Darra has been accused of being an area with a high crime rate, yet I can honestly say that I have never seen any for myself. I'm not saying that it doesn't happen, just that it can happen anywhere

For the price that you would pay in Darra, I challenge you to find another area that is as close to train stations, supermarkets, restaurants and fresh produce markets.

There is so much potential in this area with the new look Darra trainstation in it's final stages linking on the new train lines to springfield and subdivision for new properties/townhouses.

To everyone who is looking to make a move into the area, it's worth having a look to judge for yourself.

Seventeen Mile Rocks

"Great Neighbours at Edenbrooke!"

Those who live in Edenbrooke would agree that it's a pleasant area with nature, modern homes, great playgrounds and sporting facilities. A 20 minute drive from Brisbane's CBD via the Centenary Highway, Edenbrooke literally has it all!

Edenbrooke is a great community with a friendly atmosphere. Going for a stroll one day, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by many smiles and "how are you's". The locals take great pride in their surroundings; it's not uncommon to see members of the community cleaning up the public parks and gardens on their weekends.

Those with young families would feel safe in this area due to the strong sense of community that ties Edenbrooke together. While working in the area, I was approached by a neighbour asking who I was and what I did, simply because they had seen me around the area and knew that I did not live there myself.

Everything only makes me like this suburb more and more, there's nothing to dislike on my list!

The area sounds great, could you possibly add photos?
