"Sleepy suburb that is underpriced!"

This suburb is on the waters edge within walking distance to the regional shopping centre and new Harvey norman/Bunnings complex. Good size blocks and a wide selection of different homes available. Waterfronts are common at $350,000+. A place to watch for capital growth..

"Hidden Away"

One of my favourite streets! Tightly held and hidden away, this street has nice homes, next to no traffic due to its location and good resale. Worth a look!

Blueridge Drive

"One of the newer areas of Blue Haven"

Blueridge drive starts at the western end of roper road and winds its way east through the different stages of the estate. Homes from mid $250,000 to $400,000+ are on the street. The higher numbers to the eastern end are newer homes of a larger size approx 20 sq and larger. This is a sought after area of the estate due to its proximity to the F3 yet low traffic.

"Solid returns-walk to shops and schools"

This street has performed solidly with price over the last 18 months being the strongest residential prices in the suburb. Walk to the coles shops, transport and schools from here.

McKellar Boulevard

"In the older part of the suburb"

Large blocks and a leafy aspect in this part of Blue Haven. Water frontages are available on one side of the street with access to Budgewoi Lake by boat.

Blue Haven

"I love this Place!!"

I have helped sell homes in this suburb since 2004 and the feedback I have from my clients is great. The quality of the homes is on the whole quite modern and brick and tile. The suburb has kerb and guttering throughout and underground power. The suburb is safe and a lot of families and retirees are my clients. I have seen prices hold quite well over recent years and ammenities improve vastly. There is now a community centre and shopping centre and sports oval. My office sponsors the local Blue Haven Raiders Junior Football Club and now we have over 200 kids playing footy each weekend! If you want to know anything about this suburb drop me a line! [email protected] I'm happy to help! I love this suburb!
