Sydney siders see the Benefits

Well it has happened again. 2002 saw the property market reach pricing levels that forced buyers to look further afield and so they came north. Now as Sydney prices become stronger, i am seeing increasing demand from Sydney based buyers researching my local property market. It is still possible to buy nice brick and tile homes under $300,000 in the Northern central Coast areas, with large near new homes regularly available in the $400k price range. Drop me a line and beat the rush-prices will rise again like they did in 2003!
