The only provider to do ADSL is Telstra and then only standard ADSL not ADSL2+. Blue Haven is at the extreme limit distance wise from the exchange. Many other providers only offer dial-up access or 3G mobile internet (very slow and very expensive respectively).

Telstra and Optus should be available in all areas. You may have to go mobile but..
