David Avenue

"Knocked Down and Re-Built!"

David Avenue is one of those street in North Ryde where the residents bought their family homes over 50 years ago and raised a large family. Unfortunately many of those residents are at the stage in their lives where they are moving out of there home's and into retirement facilities. Their home's are being bought by young couples planning to start a family of their own and in doing this are knocking down the existing home and building there mini mansion. As the heading states David Avenue is being knocked down and re-built.

Beswick Avenue

"Desirable Street"

One of North Ryde's most popular streets Beswick Avenue offers a diverse range of homes from original builds to spectacular architectural built homes which also means great resale value bringing in record prices. There is always a great community feel throughout North Ryde and this is due to the great amount of primary schools which are in close proximity to Beswick Avenue. Certainly a street to be considered if your looking to move into the area.

Durham Close

"Bush life for me"

Durham Close is one of my favourite pockets in Macquarie Park with many units and town houses backing on to Lane Cove National Park making it very quite and giving owner and tenants tranquil views. It is close enough to the shopping centre and transport services without being too close.
