Where is the state housing located?

Any real estate agent can find State housing locations for you

Just about every Perth suburb has public housing, even some of the privileged western suburbs. A common misconception is that Forrestfield is full of public housing. That is not true. The percentage of public housing is relatively low compared to other areas. Mosman Park, Karrinyup, Subiaco and South Fremantle are all highly sought after areas and all have higher rates of public housing than Forrestfield.

That's seems a bit of a poor description. Not like that at all. Somerly (new part of Clarkson) is a lovely place.

Also it has 4.5 out of 5 stars which makes me wonder if your review of the place is worth considering?

If you've ever lived near the Primary or High School you would know what cane is talking about. Somerly is irrelevant.

State housing is only 10% in Clarkson

State housing has dropped significantly in the last 2 years

Well that wasn't a very helpful comment. Probably bogus considering Nightlight was given 3 stars (there are no nightclubs in the area) but shopping options was given 1?
I sincerely doubt you've ever been to Beckenham.

I am guessing Cane was dumped by someone in Beckenham and is still bitter about it

One of the bird sanctuaries near Perth is in Beckenham and I am sure whoever decided to keep it there is smart enough to tell how clean, safe and convenient (close to the river) it is for such a decision.
As for neighbours, I can proudly say that after moving here (on year ago), I think I have the best neighbours in the universe.
Excellent Suburb (10 out of 10) in every aspect >>>>

@tilly22 true I agree I've lived in Beckenham for a few years and nothing bad has happened... yet, i don't know if it's this bad or not

Actually Mills Park and the train station is also close, and the carousel isn't too far away. Again, it's close to pretty much everything. What do you want next???
