Torquay

"Getting too built up with new estates"

Really suprised how over developed Torquay and surrounding areas have become. There are a high number of new estates being built between Geelong and Torquay, so it will end up bring like suburbia by the sea. It is nice to live by the beach but I actually think it comes with a big compromise of estate living with no back yard and your neighbour's house squashed next to yours. It depends if you like that kind of thing or not.
It's a fair commute to Melbourne and as it's getting more developed I can imagine the trains becoming extremely busy. Having said that it is a great place to visit. A good place to stay over and have a holiday before driving along the great ocean road.

Trentham

"Great country town just 15 minutes from woodend"

Trentham is a great place for families. Not only is it a beautiful area to live...It has a primary school and for secondary schools there is Braemar in Woodend or Kyneton for Sacred Heart or Kyneton secondary school. The roads are quiet for cycling and walking. It has a regular farmers market, great cafes and eateries. There are many established artists in Trentham. Trentham has many fine eateries including acclaimed chef Annie Smithers' du Fermier and 3AW's 2014 Pub of the Year - The Plough @ Trentham, and Redbeard historic bakery (an artisan bakery). Trentham is a welcoming town bursting with renowned community spirit. All this is only a little over an hour from Melbourne, 20 minutes from Daylesford, Woodend and Kyneton where V/Line services can have you at Southern Cross Station in about an hour. Plus you get much better value for money when it comes to property in Trentham compared to nearby Woodend which is filling up with new housing estates on tiny blocks. What more could you ask for?

Why don't you move? Or do you just love wallowing in your own misery?

There are unfortunately some people that just love to suck the life out of the good things out there. These are the people that dont know how to have fun. These are the people that are so entrenched in the bad things that there isnt any room for the good things to grow.

If You Were Any More Negative You Would Collapse Into A Black Hole.

Some people are so negative that they collapse into their own negative feedback loop where everything they see is viewed in a negative light. Dont let them suck you down into their dark abyss. They cannot see any light from outside because they are stuck in a giant gravity well of their own negative thoughts and emotions. This kind of person doesnt form overnight, but at some point, they collapse into their own negative space, never to return. They suck away your energy and give nothing back. Keep your distance from them lest you get sucked down as well. If anyone lacks guts it's you!
