Bacchus Marsh

"A stunning country town, commutable to the city."

We chose to move from Box Hill to B.M. because we wanted an affordable house in a pretty country town. We got more than that! Everyone is friendly and helpful and their is a great community vibe. Each weekend we drive into the national parks and spa country which are on our doorstep. The fresh air is wonderful and scenery second to none. The town is family friendly and has a couple of good local pubs. The local council has agreed to develop a greenway extending from the town centre to railway station and to build a new library and learning centre. They are aiming to dres up the town centre and put in sculptures and barbie areas. BM will aslo be among the first to get the national broadband network. We will have the fastest internet access in Australia by Easter 2011. This is also a fast growing town with a lot of housing development.

If you want to live in a relaxed, affordable town, then consider Bacchus Marsh

I LOVE the new library building! We've also got a few new shops in the main street that have really uplifted the look. Yes, Bacchus Marsh is undoubtedly growing but will keep its 'country feel'. I agree that High Schools will be in demand very soon and hopefully this will be addressed.

Hi there, Cherry Blossom. I wondered if you would be kind enough to forward. W your contact details? We are a small family also thinking of moving from Box Hill to buy our first home.

I'd love to chat! Alex
