I have a rare 3766m2 waterfront land in peach dr, robina that has little interest. Has the prestige market dried up on the gold coast or am I best continuing my efforts but focus on overseas buyers?

Hi there
Land is always traditionally slower to move than other established properties. However there is always a market. I know the block that you are reffering to and would love the opportunity to show you how we can achieve a sale.
You really need to have a good grasp of who your end buyer will be and think like they do. There are certain ingredients to any sale, which when you get them right, will result in a sale.. The process is in fact very simple.... I am happy to sit down with you at some stage to show you how this is done......
