"A nice place to live"
Full of good parks and only spoiled by the occasion hoon on the main roads, something you cant avoid anywhere its a great suburb going places.
Roads are being upgraded all the time and its a good nice friendly suburb

"Just another suburb"
With little law enforcement, teenage kids all over the place and a very poor local council we were glad to get out of there. Besides the vandalism we had our car stolen damage done to our house with no police to speak of for 10 klm.

its the wild wild west out there lol. We were robbed, cars broken into, poles put through our car windscreen, burn outs out the front of our house, fences graffiti ever weekend. Sunday's we were out with a bucket of paint and a paint brush to remove the 'fence art'

Disagree about the roads. Narre Warren - Cranbourne Rd is a carpark between Centre Rd through to Casey Central every day after about 4pm - it should be 4 lanes, but there's no plan to upgrade it.
And Pound Rd is getting more and more traffic every day, speed limit was lowered to 70, and medical centre opening soon to add even more traffic.
So it's a very slow commute if you have to use either of both of those roads.
