Great street with some absolutely beautiful home situated on the waters edge with 180Degree views. Great walking track, and park for the children to play. Shops are plenty with loads of variety places to eat. But the best bit I have noticed is the people in the community here. A house alarm went of one day, and members of the public took concern and went to check out that everything was ok. turns out everything was fine, but I thought it was beautiful the way the community here look out for each other.

Berkeley Vale is very popular for those wanting to make the sea change from Sydney. I myself made the move approximately nine years ago and have never looked back. One of the first things I noticed, was when I went for a morning walk, fellow walkers all greeted me with a "good morning" and a smile that just made my day. I since then have had a daughter and refuse to raise her anywhere else in the world.
It is beautiful the way the community sticks together, supports each other and is never short of a helping hand.
The cost of living is still reasonable as apposed to areas of Sydney. What's more is the value for money in purchasing a home. You can obtain lake front properties for the same price a shack in Sydney would cost. The bush tracks are amazing, and there is always something new to be discovered. A weekend drive along the central coast is always going to lead to a new adventure.
Living here, never ceases to amaze me. From the local wildlife to the friendly people you pass in the street. It is a community that just keeps on with infrastructure as well. We have so much available to us up here from Amazingly Large shopping centres to Doctors on hand and transportation abundance.
