Attadale Court

"The best street in Elanora."

Extremely quiet due to no through traffic, safe and secure, family friendly, house proud owners in the street, many long term resident owners in the street who look out for each other. Stunning ocean views from some houses down to Currumbin and Palm Beach, cool ocean breeze in Summer, and warmer in winter.

Close to the pines, 19th ave, the beach, the M1, the airport, Tallebudgera and Currumbin creeks and valleys, literally couldn't ask for anything more!

Best street in Elanora.

Elanora

"Best mix of country and city."

Everything you could want, quiet family friendly suburb bordering bushland and beautiful valleys. Lots of options for shopping at 19th Avenue, Pines, or Tugun. Easy access to the three best beaches in QLD (Currumbin, Palm Beach, Burleigh), close to the M1. And the biggest advantage, a cool sea breeze (I swear its about 5 degrees cooler here than the rest of the goldie!)

If you don't have a need to drive anywhere north of Elanora, it's a good place to live. The M1 is a nightmare even on weekends, so forget about needing to be somewhere north at a set time.

The freeway is great and quick. It was tough during the major works around Mudereeba and Reedy Creek (I had to drive it daily) but now that section is finished the freeway is fantastic. 12 minutes to Robina (during works it was typically 30 minutes!). The next section of works doesn't seem to be affecting traffic flows much at all, but by the time the work is finished from the Pines the freeway will be amazing, not to mention the new active transport they are building next to the freeway and the new service road.

Now that the freeway work from Bermuda to Currumbin has started with gusto, the freeway is very slow again with a constant queue down KP Mgrath Drive, howevee the short term pain will be worth the long term gain. Once work is finished it will be amazing, not to mention the active transport option that is being built which will run from the pines to reedy creek,
