parkinson is very very far from the city and theres a hell of a lot of crime around here so be careful, the railway dosent go near here so your best bet is the overcrowded 140 bus. keep in mind that Parkinson borders both drewvale and calamvale which are both in RACQs top 13 suburbs with the highest theft rank...
Where are your stats on this ? Its very difficult for robbers to make a get away in Parkinson because of all the traffic calming . The neighbours are good too . I moved to Parkinson because the insurance premiums were lower due to less crime in the area . I suspect kids do some petty theft as they do in most places around Brisbane . A good dog , crimsafe or alarm system are good deterrents . I have lived here since 2002 and Parkinson is a lovely place to live
I have rented here for 8 years in the same house and I love it. My kids dont want to leave the area. The best suburb I have lived in.
most of the population is nearer to the 130. 140 is best for the area nearer to Beaudesert. Worse thing that happened to us was an empty letterbox taken and then returned by drunken kids. Lived here 2002 - 2015 and think it was great.
Actually its not even in the top ten in Queensland let alone the whole of Australia. Funny how some people want to stir up trouble with falsehoods when it is easily checkable online via stats from reliable sources.
