Ashgrove

"High & Dry - no flooding"

The right side would be the Brisbane city - Ocean side because of the nice breeze and the view to the city. The wrong side would be the hinterland facing side, as it can be extremely hot and there is very little view to the city.

Brisbane CBD in 7 min by car, Airport 20 Min by City Bypass.

All up it might be a busy road but all amenities are very tempting. The property prices most definitely will climb after Brisbane flooding. Surprisingly quiet are the backyards as they mostly below the street level.

Ashgrove is close to the best schools (state & private), shopping centres (Coles, Woolworth, ALDI), all Banks, Post, all medical centres, sport facilities, park areas.

Very save for children, very low crime rate.
