Very disappointing suburb overall. Roxburgh Park can feel run-down in certain areas, with poor maintenance and a lack of pride in the local environment. Some streets and public areas could be much cleaner and better maintained, and the overall atmosphere isn’t what you would expect from a modern Melbourne suburb.

There are some good things about the location, but personally, I find the suburb overrated and would choose other nearby suburbs before Roxburgh Park.

I been living here over 3 years, so much parks and greenery to offer . Very nice family orianted area. Also great schools & shops in the area.

Get in while sky rockets !
