There is nothing wrong with Daveron Park the old northern area as people know has changed. old trust houses in some areas been pulled down.
I like living Daveron Park. It all i can afford and i bought a lovely 2 double bedroom house for half the askung price of house and land packages of todays proces. The Daveron Park area I live in is neat and tidy the house owners take pride in their oqnership of the house they live in. The children that I have seen are living an active life being happy and care free.
I am more than happy to be here. Great nieghbours what more do you want.

Jimmy Barnes, hah! Is that the only thing that has ever happened to this area? Jimmy has be a thug, druggy and an alcoholic, by his own admission. He came from a terrible family out there, so he is really quite typical of Davoren residents. You only have to look on Google Earth to see the garbage strewn streets and trashed houses. Show us a street that is neat and tidy. I am sure ther is one there somewhere.
I hope your joking, the place is full of goblins....NOT A FAMILY WITH KIDS SUBURB AT ALL.
