I purchased my first home in Leopold in 2011 and initially enjoyed the coastal atmosphere and quiet surroundings. However, over time, the area has deteriorated significantly. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by ongoing issues, including property damage, threats to my safety, and repeated harassment from problematic neighbours. The increasing prevalence of antisocial behaviour has severely impacted the community’s livability.

In my case, I’ve had to endure a junkie neighbour who disrupts the peace at all hours, along with reckless individuals engaging in burnouts, property vandalism, and other disruptive antisocial behaviour. It’s disappointing to see how the area has changed.

At this point, I consider myself fortunate to be in a position to have sold while property values remain reasonable and relocate to a more civilised area.
