"Go elsewhere - Renters and dogs"

Many retirees are moving out of the area. Large numbers of people who have barking dogs and renters who don't maintain their lodgings. Council does nothing about barking complaints. most yards have at least two dogs.

I lived around Mt Point halloran for over a year now, and not experiencing this issue at serious level.

I live Brendan Way, and its pretty alright apart from construction at like 6AM in the morning and there only like 2 dogs barking every 3 hours.5 Stars From MEH.

According to the stats on realestate.com.au, Victoria has 78% owner-occupiers, 20% renters. In qld the average is 63.5% owner/occupier as of 2021. Draw your own conclusions.
