Arundel
"Handy location"
I have lived in Arundel for 5 years now and really like it here. Arundel state school is a good primary school. Close to Harbour Town, Griffith Uni and hospitals/medical centres. With no traffic it takes 20mins to get to Main Beach. Main thing it is missing good walking areas/tracks.

Coombabah wetlands in the Tee Trees estate off Tee Tree Boulevard has a lovley walkway @julieann12 . You cannot take dogs there as its a protected area for Kangaroos & Wallabies it also has other wildlife. I am not sure what area of Arundel you live in but this walk way is excellent. We have lived in Arundel around the Golden Bear Drive area for over 11 years and agree that it is a nice place to live.
