"Great for families"
Such a convenient location - great local schools, walk to Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre - excellent bus service takes you almost anywhere!

"Fantastic family atmosphere"
If you are looking for something that has a peaceful, family friendly atmosphere then this is it. With a beautiful fresh, green feel - lots of trees and parks, elevated blocks, homes with views of the Dandenongs.. and still outstanding value!

Mulgrave
"A fantastic place to raise a family"
Mulgrave is a quiet little suburb, surprisingly so given that there are 2 major shopping centres there - Brandon Park and Waverley Gardens, plus Sandown. The best bakery is on Wanda St. You must also try Chopsticks Chinese Restaurant on Mackie Rd - delicious. Terrific local schools. Lots of parks, sporting clubs and community groups call Mulgrave home.
