"Peaceful Swan Point"
Peaceful, small suburb about a 40min drive to Launceston with friendly neighbours. Walk to Paper Beach (dogs must be on a lead at all times or you'll be fined). Surrounded by lots of trees and bushland

"Gorgeous suburb"
What's not to love if you can afford to live/ rent here. Close to the beach and lake. It's safe, quiet and has really lovely homes

Beaconsfield
"Small friendly town"
Beaconsfield is a great little town to live in with lots of old time charm, affordable housing and reasonable driving distance to Launceston city. Has a main street with cafes, 2 x iga's, doctors, pharmacy, churches, post office etc. Also has a good local primary school and council hub
